EnerPol: COVID-19 CH Simulation
On 16 March 2020, the Swiss government declared an “extraordinary situation” over COVID-19, and promoted social distancing measures to manage the spread of COVID-19. COVID-19 is caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), and is a highly transmittable viral infection that is characterised by rapid human-to-human transmission.
Former LEC Masterstudent Pietro Rossi wins SEW-Eurodrive Award 2017
In recognition of outstanding work on his Masterthesis "Steam Droplet and Film Formation Modeling of Steam Tubine”, the Executive Board of SEW-EURODRIVE have awarded Pietro Rossi the 2017 Studienpreis. The award will be presented at the the Ernst Blickle Lecture and Award ceremony on 3rd May 2018.

Lukas Kuendig, masters student from LEC has been asked to represent ETH Zurich presenting his work within the Urban Flow - Honeycombe team. The project focuses on modular wind turbines designed for urban landscapes.
